Solomon Islands – WiFi and Windows Server migration
Our client is part of a multi-governmental agency ensuring the integrity of natural resources in the Pacific. We’re assisting with the design and deployment of a new WiFi solution as well as a migration from Windows Server 2008 to a newer platform. Our client is located just minutes from the beach, so our techs are excited to get on site!
Archer River, Far North Queensland – Camp Wifi Link
Located in the remote Cape York Peninsula in Far North Queensland, Archer River is a small locality of 22 people. Our client has a camp site consisting of 8 demountables and over a dozen workers. It’s a long way from the city and loved ones.
Despite its remoteness, our client wanted its workforce to feel at home, so we have just delivered a satellite link and installed camp WiFi to bring social media and loved ones closer as well as improve work-related communications.
Singapore, Malaysia – Infrastructure Migration
Our client has their head office in the city-state of Singapore off the southern coast of Malaysia. We are currently in the process of migrating their infrastructure onto Oracle cloud to give them more flexibility in office location and workforce deployment throughout the region.
Melbourne – O365 Migration & Security Upgrade
Melbourne is home to one of our newest clients in the health services industry, whom we are assisting with their move over to Office 365. Simultaneously, we are implementing InTune – a comprehensive mobile device management / security application.
Brisbane – Construction Client Onboarding
We’ve just finished on-boarding our newest construction industry client. 80+ staff now call Computer One when they need assistance with IT. Our client was amazed at the seamless nature of the transition from their old service provider to us.
Sydney – Embedded IT Staff
Our client is the owner of some of Australia’s premium wine brands. They required the flexibility of a temporary IT staff member to assist in their Sydney office. We were able to supply a team member who travelled to South Australia to learn the client’s systems in their head office, then deployed to Sydney and is now embedded on-site several days a week.
We’ll go wherever we need to deliver the services that our clients require. On any given day we have staff spread further than 4,500 kilometres across the globe performing work for our clients. That’s more than one-tenth of the way around the world!
